In the past years, China has been ranked among the top 5 nations in the country top ranking list. In the recent years, China is emerging as an organizer for several top-level competitions. We thank China’s support and together with India, they account for almost half the world’s population.
Their support means they cherish the leadership of Kirsan and we hope they will help FIDE to spearhead a further chess boom in Asia and the world.
